Bayside Roofing came to replace the shingles when they said they would, and did a very good job of clean up. Heavy rain since shows no leaks thus far. They were the only quote to address the flat roof area that has standing water and they fixed it according to code along with other wind mitigation for insurance. All fascia that needed replacing was done and they had no surprise charges, the job was completed at the quoted price. Nikki in the office was very helpful.

They repaired and replaced any rotted fascia. We asked them to install gutter guards on all the buildings while roofing and it was more economical than a gutter company. The only hiccup was some damage to a sidewalk and sprinkler that was swiftly corrected. We would certainly recommend them highly.
